The Historic ,The Longest and the Toughest foot race in the Philippines to date, on its 3^rd year   Manila-Daet (Cam Norte) 342km Endurance Race 2017 that will set –foot  again this year, which will commence from Rizal Park-KM 0 in Manila which will crossing-borders on  3-regions,4-provinces,12-cities and 14-towns by-foot on the Southern part of Luzon, Philippines ,this third quarter of 2016.This endurance race  will conclude at the historic BANTAYOG* Park in Daet, Camarines Norte, Bicol Region , Philippines.

*Bantayog Shrine” is the first Rizal Marker erected outside Manila after  Dr. Jose P. Rizal execution in Bagumbayan,Luneta,Manila Philippines.

* Service vehicles of runners and /or team of runners are essential and mandatory and must have Tarpaulins which Has Name, Bib#,and /or Team Name.
* Wearing reflectorized Gears, Vest etc, and Head lamp during night time are Mandatory.

*Two-wheeled vehicle and/or bicycle are not allowed to support at any given distance, runners will discontinue to finish the race at any given time if he was reported and caught by the Race Officials, marshals and volunteers.

* Support vehicles together with the names of his/her crews must be submitted at least 7-days before the Race day,however participants are allowed to consolidate themselves into one support and allowed 3-runners with same support crews into one vehicle marked by Tarp during the entire race.

* Strict allowable time will be applied and observed at all designated points marked with cut-off.

* This event is a road race that will passed mostly on MSR (Manila South Road)  and Pan-Phil Highway system(Maharlika), to avoid untoward incidents you are advice  not to use headphones while running ,take special care on crossroads and intersections.

* Runners may allowed to buy and have snacks and drinks along the route, there are lots of 7-11 and other convenience store along the way.

* Runners upon attending the pre-race briefing should study and familiarize the race-route  regarding certain areas in provinces that have misleading traffic signs.

* Runners /Participants are required to bring first aid kit to be checked before the race as the mandatory night –run gears.

* There are lots of highway intersections and crossings along the road to avoid being mislead on describe routes, just follow the DPWH road signs “ This way to BICOL “.

* The runners should stay and run on the Left-most part of the road (  facing traffic).

This event is the inaugural MALAOA TRAIL RUN 15 and 30 kilometer Challenge that will happen in Brgy. Malaoa ,Tayabas City Quezon, this will view you to the mystique mountain of Mt. Banahaw , running side by side with the rice paddies and coconut land, some of the mossy forest, veggies and agricultural plantations and the panoramic view over looking City of Lucena.This event will traverse from the Brangay Malaoa, Ibabang Bukal, Baguio ,Calantas, Alitao,  of Tayabas , in Quezon province . The Challenge may not be as tough as what you expect most likely a valley trail but maybe  going to be dirty and Tough! you will take , Barangay roads(Kabulusan), Macadam to concrete paths, Natural Trails, of Mixed earth,and of natural stones.

The inaugural edition of Quezon Second District 65km run will cross  to the new by-pass road of Candelaria and to the new Quezon Eco-Tourism Road in Sariaya connecting from Rosario-San Juan- Candelaria  road and Old Manila South Road in Brgy Isabang,Lucena City on its end with  the awesome view of the mystic Mt Banahaw and Mount Cristobal in Dolores, and vast rice paddies along sides of the roads from Starting Point in Dolores to Tiaong- Candelaria-Sariaya- Lucena City(cocal Lands) a bit part of Tayabas and finish in Sariaya Rizal Park. This challenging mostly flat terrain route will be challenged by seasoned  ultra marathoners  as complying races to some who missed G2P80 last January. This event is dedicated to a friend who suffered and died of Lymphoma Cancer and intended to help to the Cancer  Awareness.

The pioneer  200km Ultra Running  event  in Southern Luzon is BACK , which will traverse in the three Congressional Districts of Quezon province. Runners will take Pan-Phil Highway (AH26) from Start Point @ Atimonan Port (King Fisher Hotel) that will pass to the coastal towns of Plaridel, Gumaca, Lopez (District 4) , Catanauan,  Gen.Luna, Macalelon, Pitogo, Unisan, Agdangan, Padre Burgos(District 3),Brgy. Silangang Malicboy,Pagbilao(district 1), will cross on Quezon National Park and Quezon Protected Landscape (QPL) via Old Zig Zag road (Bitukang Manok),then back to Atimonan port. Participants may rediscover great sceneries in various landscapes   in many parts of the course.

RACE RULES and REGULATIONS :

1.This event is a SINGLE STAGE,event  will take place race RAIN or SHINE.

2. Registration fees are not REFUNDABLE , TRANSFERABLE and /or shifting to another RACE event.

3..This event is a Qualifying Race and INCLUDED in QUEZON Ultra Marathon Series Grand SLAM AWARD-HARDCORE SERIES.
4. Finishers of  QCC160k,QD160, SL240, M2D342,, and other races beyond 100km by respected events are first Priority.

5. Wearing reflectorized Vest etc, and Head lamp are Mandatory Requirement and must be check before start of the race and must be wear specialy during night time.6. Support Mobile Hydration and Foods Stations will be provided along the route.
   7. Service vehicle of runners and /or group of runners is a MUST..and must have a piece of tarpaulins which displays “ RACE in PROGRESS “
6. Aside from driver of support vehicle,only ONE registered support crew is allowed to every runner.(He/she must be registered his name before the raceday.)
7. NO two-wheeled support vehicle(Motorcycle) is allowed on the race, only four-wheeled vehicle is advised to use.
8. Runners(self-support) without any support crew/driver/ vehicle, may deposit their drop bags to organizer’s  mobile support marshal’s vehicle .

11.Absolutely no shadowing of support vehicle to the runner/s.

12.Runners should run in the course in single-file on the farthest left-side of the road,  runners should stay in place and will  be approach by support crew on the opposite side for his/her need/s(hydration/aid/meds etc..)

13.We will allowed  one registered  PACER only on the two designated areas that the Race  Director may announce during the Race briefing.

14. Service vehicles are required to leap-frog at any given distance that the runners may decide.
15. CHEATING in Ultra Racing event is a Mortal SIN in whatever form like (riding in moving vehicle then leap-drop to another distance , disguising by wearing same clothes, pressuring the lead or behind runner/s using his/her support vehicle, harassing fellow runners , marshals and race official  by participants and support crew/s ,etc). upon apprehension and complaints with supporting evidence of this malpractices may mean Disqualification(DQ) from the race.
16. For almost half of the race course, runners will be exposed in Pan-Phil highway in which in some areas are loaded of heavy and fast running vehicles, please observed and take extra care especially during dark/night time.

17.Participant that wouldn’t  meet the required cut-off time in designated areas aside from finish line may declare DNF(Did-not-Finish )

18. In the event that there was complaint or complaints for a certain runner/s, this will be entertained only two-hours after the RACE in WRITTEN FORM sworn, signed and submitted by the complainant (not by support crew/s). Complaint/s  based on “ Hearsay ,Posted on Social Media “ without supporting evidence  of complainant to the allegations will not be entertained”. However if the complaint was supported by hard evidence and particular person is in  “ cloud of doubt “ on his/her finishing the race , the Race Director may Suspend  the participants from receiving his/her entitlements( Finisher’s Trophy ,Medal, Buckle Certificate, and shirts ) while investigation is ongoing ,but if the allegations are proved to be wrong and malicious, RD will hand-over the entitlements thereafter..

19.The Decision of the RD (Race Director) base on final analysis of suspension, DNF , DQ of runner  is FINAL.

20.Not following to the above Rules and Regulations  may mean automatic Disqualification (DQ) from the race.

21.There will be Cut-off Hours on Specific Distances that will be announce and/or posted Later.

BANAHAW Ultra TRail 25 / 50 km Challenge that will happen in Tayabas City ,Quezon province, this will brought you to the mystique mountain , running side by side with the natural flora and fauna ,rice paddies, the coconut and agricultural plantations and the panoramic view .This event will traverse to the various Barangays. At the foot of Mt Banahaw which will Start and Finish At Brgy.Hall Calumpang,Tayabas City .The trail route may not be that hard , BUT it’s going to be somewhat tough! you will take Concrete paved path and roads,earth/macadam brgy.roads(Kabulusan), Natural Trails, of Mixed earth, natural stones, and dirt surfaces . One of ARAP’s Toughest and listed as Hardcore Race is all set to its Third edition dubbed as SL 240km Ultra marathon Challenge 2017  will be on the road  again coming  in the last week of April in the Southern Part of Luzon, it will  take around 2 Regions and 3 provinces  via Pres. Elpidio Quirino Highway to the towns of Tagakawayan, Quezon, Del Gallego, Liboro, Ragay ,Lupi and Sipocot of Camarines Sur, and Via Manila South Road and will traversed to Bicol National Park ( it has also Bitukang Manok like road) Basud ,Daet,Talisay,Labo ,Sta.Elena of Camarines Norte.

Participants coming from Manila and Cubao can board to buses from Cubao Alimall ,and Kamuning Terminal of DLTB co, ,Jam Transit , JAC liner,Superlines and buses that will take you to Bicol provinces , ride buses that will pass thru Pres. Quirino Highway all of them will pass to Tagkawayan diversion road , get –off at ROSTAN Hotel and Gas Station Bus Rest Area and you are about 1km walking distance to Starting Line  @ Tagkawayan Municipal Building.

The economical and so far cheapest bed and breakfast hotel is ROSTAN hotel beside Rostan Gas station and Bus stop.
